Our new individual and group-wide incentive structures


We are delighted to announce our new individual and group incentive structure.


Our bonus scheme has been created to ensure:


  • every team member's individual efforts are recognised as part of revenue attribution (and not just the lawyers!).  

  • we share a fixed % of the profits of the business with all team members on an equal basis.


We have also started an option scheme to provide equity to team members that have added significant value to our revenue and operations and that already act as if Ramparts is their business.


We want Ramparts to be the natural home for professionals that expect to work in a creative, open, challenging and rewarding environment (we even do Yoga once a week :)) with as little ego and hierarchy as possible.
