Ramparts welcomes Alan Wolstenholme

 

Ramparts is delighted to announce that Alan Wolstenholme has joined Ramparts in June 2018 and will be heading up our UK office as Head of Legal Services. His role is to manage and develop all legal services provision in the UK, supporting and leading the current team operating out of the Manchester office.

 

A practising Barrister at Law since 1990,  Alan has experience working in Chambers and in Commercial law practices in Manchester and London and even an offshore post as Crown Council in Bermuda.

 

Alan comes to us with extensive and highly regarded experience in the provision of expert legal advice.

 

As a corporate consultant he has been involved in commercial/contract drafting, advisory and litigation as well as Employment Law drafting, advisory and Tribunal representation in all Courts and Tribunals in England & Wales.

 

In addition to his Commercial and Regulatory experience, Alan specialises in Dispute Resolution (including ADR), including informal settlement meetings, Tribunals, Arbitration and Mediation.
